Click Bar: depower and power at the flick of a switch | Photo: North Kiteboarding

“The trim function is achieved through the trim unit, which is integrated into the winding post on the right-hand side of the control bar,” explains Sky Solbach, rider and R&D tester at North Kiteboarding.

“The Click Bar allows you to power and depower your kite with a simple flick of a switch. Turning the winder clockwise powers up your kite by shortening your back lines. Pushing the button lengthens your back lines and depowers your kite.”

The fact that the trim unit is integrated into the right-hand side of the bar means that it will always be withing easy reach, and it gives you the opportunity to power and depower your kite in any type of situations.

The Click Bar features a power display window on the front of the bar. A red marker allows you to visually check your trim at any time. The system has no clamp cleats and adjuster rope.

Also, you won’t have to worry about tangled lines. Click Bar’s automatic untwist mechanism keeps your lines twist-free no matter how many rotations you do while riding your kite.
